Reserve & Collect In-Store >>

We appreciate how busy you are - so aim to offer our valued customers with a choice of ways to shop. Please follow the simple steps below for a quick, easy and secure way to take advantage of our 'Reserve & Collect In-Store' service: 

1. Choose the item(s) you would like to reserve

2. Make a note of the product name(s), product code(s) and size (where relevant) 

3. Call us on 020 7731 4128 (lines are open 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday) or email us at info@circuscircus.co.uk to check we have availability of your item(s) in store. 

4. If we do have availability, we will reserve your items and you will be welcome to collect your item(s) at a time and date convenient to you. We will happily reserve your item(s) for up to 3 days free of charge. Anything longer than this then we will require a deposit from you. 

5. If we do not have immediate availability, we will order the item(s) for you and have them delivered to our store. We will then give you a call when your item(s) are ready to collect.
